A tropical low has formed in the northern part of the South China Sea.Strong southwest monsoon conditions until Sunday as the tropical weather system in the northern part of the South China Sea strengthens leading to gusty showers and thunderstorms as monsoon squalls move in from the South China Sea.The southwest monsoon weakens back early next week as the tropical weather systems moves away from the South China Sea.

Forecast gives more weightage to the ECMWF model than the GFS model.
